Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the CRX Team platform and its related services. By using the platform, the User fully accepts these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Services.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: the CRX Team software system, accessible through a web interface (Streamlit), Telegram bot, and API, including all its technical and functional components.
  • User: any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform and uses the Services, regardless of their assigned role (owner, premium, collaborator, lead).
  • Services: all functionalities offered by the Platform, including 25 specialized services delivered through multi-agent AI teams (crews), direct chat, image generation, deep research, and all ancillary features.
  • Credits: the virtual unit of measure used to access the Platform's Services. Credits are purchased by the User and consumed based on the type of service used.
  • Output: any result, report, analysis, code, image, or content generated by the Platform in response to User requests.

2. Acceptance of terms

Access to and use of the Platform are subject to the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

Users who do not intend to accept these Terms must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current Terms, including any subsequent amendments.

3. Description of services

CRX Team is a multi-agent artificial intelligence platform that orchestrates over 60 specialized AI agents, organized into 25 services (crews) covering the following domains:

  • Software development and code review
  • Trading, finance, and market analysis
  • Sports betting and numerical analysis
  • Research, analysis, and intelligence (OSINT)
  • Marketing, SEO, and content strategy
  • Cybersecurity and auditing
  • Health, wellness, and medical analysis
  • Legal, tax, labor, and accounting
  • Business planning and corporate strategy
  • Web development and deployment
  • Infrastructure and DevOps

Services are delivered through enterprise-grade artificial intelligence models from leading global providers, hosted on cloud infrastructure with data centers in the European Union.

4. Credit system

Access to Services is provided through a prepaid credit system. Users can purchase credit packages at the rates published on the Pricing page.

  • Credits are charged at the time of actual service use.
  • The credit cost varies based on the complexity of the service and the AI model used.
  • Purchased credits do not expire, unless otherwise specified in the specific package terms.
  • Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable withdrawal rights, upon written request.
  • CRX Team reserves the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes do not apply to credits already purchased.

5. Account and User responsibilities

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials and all activities carried out through their account. In particular, the User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Keep access credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
  • Promptly report any unauthorized use of their account.
  • Use the Platform lawfully, in compliance with applicable regulations and these Terms.
  • Not use the Platform to generate illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations, security systems, or credit mechanisms of the Platform.

CRX Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and without obligation to refund remaining credits in cases of serious violation.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, its source code, architecture, design, trademarks, logos, and all original CRX Team content are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. All rights are reserved.

Regarding Outputs generated by the Platform at the User's request: the User may use the Outputs for their own personal and professional purposes, in compliance with applicable law. CRX Team does not claim ownership of Outputs generated for the User, provided that identical or similar outputs may be generated for other Users who make analogous requests.

7. Limitations of liability

The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." CRX Team strives to ensure maximum reliability and quality but cannot guarantee:

  • That the Services will be available without interruption or free of errors.
  • The accuracy, completeness, or fitness of Outputs for any specific purpose.
  • That Outputs will not contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
  • Specific results from the use of the Services.

Outputs generated by the Platform do not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, tax, medical, financial, technical, or otherwise). The User is required to independently verify Outputs and consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on them.

CRX Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or its Outputs, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. AI Disclaimer — EU AI Act Compliance

Pursuant to Italian Law 132/2025 transposing Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act) and in the interest of transparency toward the User, the following is stated:

  • All Platform Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence systems, not by humans.
  • AI agents, although highly specialized, may produce results that are inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated (so-called "hallucinations").
  • Outputs relating to regulated domains (legal, tax, medical, financial) always require verification by a licensed professional before any operational use.
  • CRX Team implements automated quality assurance systems (Guardian, QA Agent, quality gates) to maximize Output reliability, but these systems cannot completely eliminate the risk of error.
  • The User is solely responsible for the use of Outputs and for decisions made on the basis thereof.

To ensure maximum transparency, each Platform Output includes confidence indicators, sources used, and known limitations, where applicable.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, or execution of these Terms, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer User's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

For non-consumer Users (professionals and businesses), the court of CRX Team's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Consumer Users residing in the European Union may also use the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to terms

CRX Team reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by publishing the updated version on this page with the date of last update.

Substantial changes will be communicated to registered Users with at least 30 days' notice via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after communication of changes shall constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
